How long does it take to process an order?

We offer same day delivery with orders within Metro Manila. This is subject to the availability of the item.

For Sundays and holidays, All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after receiving order confirmation email.

For self-booking: Shipping details will be sent to you after you reach out to our social media channels with your name and order confirmation

Free local delivery via LALAMOVE/ GRAB EXPRESS is available for orders over PHP5,000 within Metro Manila. 

Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 5 PM daily. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you the shipping updates.

 

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our social media channels or playersvaultph@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
